Welcome to your guide on submitting your IBPS attestation form through the VMIA portal
This guide is only for health services selected to attest online in 2025.
Key dates to remember
The attestation period runs from 1st September to 30th September.
You’ll only be able to access the attestation form during the attestation period.
Important considerations
- To meet the IBPS eligibility criteria, each participating hospital must have trained 80% or more of its birthing suite clinical staff, in all 3 focus areas.
- If any of the answers do not meet the criteria, your signatory contact will be notified during the approval process.
- Regardless of the overall completion rate, we strongly encourage all participants to complete the attestation form.
IBPS roles in the client portal
Each hospital can nominate up to 2 IBPS contacts and 1 IBPS signatory to their account. Your contacts and signatories are responsible for submitting the attestation of your hospital.
