- Prepare for your annual Insurance Renewal
It’s always beneficial to prepare for the renewal of your annual insurance policies. Keeping your contacts and assets up to date helps ensure a smooth and accurate renewal process.
Is your asset register current?
Keeping your asset register up to date is key to a successful renewal. Remember, if you don’t keep your assets current, we simply roll them over from the previous year and you may either be overcharged or under-insured.
To help ensure that VMIA is insuring your assets, log in to the portal now and check that your list of assets is accurate.
You can learn more about how to update your assets on this page under the Updating the asset register tab.
Are your contact details up to date?
It’s also useful to update the contact details for your organisation now.
Many clients have different contact types on our portal – for example, Admin, Insurance, Renewal Coordinator and Finance. There are also other contact types, such as Site Risk Surveys (SRS), Cyber, and Claims, which you may have on your organisation’s profile.
Keeping your organisation’s contact details current means that VMIA can reach the right people at your organisation to discuss insurance and risk advice.
