What’s changing

  1. Adding Attachments to Existing Claims: You can now add additional documents to a claim after the claim has been submitted. This will eliminate the manual work required to email additional documents to your claim handler.
  2. Claim Filtering: We’ve added a new column to your claim list (triage category) so you can more easily filter to view the claim(s) relevant to you at any given time. You’ll also be able to save your preferred filter settings for future use.
